FAQ

I’m worried I’m not fit enough or won’t be able to keep up?
Please don’t worry, everybody starts somewhere and you are always encouraged to work at a pace that suits you.

We pride ourselves on being a welcoming and friendly bunch and we understand that everyone is different. We are more than happy to adapt the class where necessary so you can have the best possible experience, have fun and most importantly enjoy it!

Can I try the class first?
We understand that it can be daunting committing to a class that you’ve never been to before.

That’s why we offer new customers the chance to try the class as a one off experience and fee to make sure it is what you are looking for before joining us as a regular class member.

What happens if I miss a class?
Our in person classes run as 12 week courses, as we find this helps you to stay committed, motivated and really get the most out of your classes and we do understand that occasionally you may miss a class. If this happens you are able to make up the class at any of our other venues as long as it is within the 12 week period of that course.
What do I need to bring?
Just yourself, a bottle of water and a small towel if you’d like one.

All equipment is provided in our classes, from the mats, to the balls and bands. However if you do have your own, you are of course more than welcome to use it.
