Here at The Joyful Movement we help women to get back into exercise and on their way to feeling more confident, stronger and positive about themselves through Pilates and Dance Fitness classes.
Our classes are fun, supportive and interactive and through the wonderful Joyful Movement community, our online videos and local classes in Burridge, Bishops Waltham and Fair Oak, we would love to welcome you to join us and transform your relationship with exercise and enjoy living more actively.
