Here at The Joyful Movement we help women to get back into exercise and on their way to feeling more confident, stronger and positive about themselves through Pilates and Dance Fitness classes.

The dance fitness class was uplifting, challenging and above all great fun. I feel stretched and lengthened and as though I have completed a full body work out. As a result I ache in a good way!

Sofie is a great teacher and makes you want to do better. Have done 4 weeks of Pilates and last week joined her dance exercise class afterwards which is impressive for someone who doesn’t exercise!!!

Sofie is a great teacher and makes you want to do better. Have done 4 weeks of Pilates and last week joined her dance exercise class afterwards which is impressive for someone who doesn’t exercise!!!

I can’t rate the Dance Fitness class and Feel Good Programme high enough. If you want to experience something new or give yourself a challenge then try the Feel Good Programme at The Joyful Movement.
I got to exercise the body and exercise the brain with a lovely group of people, and Sofie is a delightful teacher.

Having tried many keep fit classes over the years, I have at last found the perfect one for me. Pilates has been a huge help on my back problems. So much so that I have not had to visit the chiropractor for over a year, or suffered from stiff neck and shoulders for which I used to have regular massage.

I am loving being motivated to do Pilates more often than I would usually do, I feel like it will really do me some good. But I'm loving the different classes that I would never have tried otherwise eg barre, and the short and sweet sessions that can easily be popped into the day when you feel like you're going to flag! Liking it all.

I'm loving the normality of the Thursday evening class but have also really enjoyed the shorter Pilates with weights workout and also discovered that I really like the Barre one that I would never normally have tried. Have delved back a bit to find some more Barre videos as I enjoyed it so much.
The mini workouts are a great addition for the days when I don’t get time to do a full workout. It’s a good combination.
